Genetic Testing Saved My Life!
Because of my family medical history of breast and pancreatic cancer, my doctor ordered genetic testing. I have the ATM Gene Mutation, so my doctor ordered MRI with my yearly mammogram. Summer of 2019 - normal mammogram, MRI found 5 masses that had metastasized. Many surgeries, long term chemotherapy, constant physical therapy/exercise, the Covid pandemic and yearly screenings for pancreatic cancer won't keep me down. Let's create!
